ABOUT
Based in the south of France in Herault, Clos du Magnolia offers three charming bed and breakfast rooms, plus a self-catering apartment for up to four people. The renovated vigneron's house, has modern amenities while retaining many of the original fixtures and fittings. There is a beautiful garden and swimming pool to enjoy.

We're an ideal location for cycling - both on and off-road, hiking, horse-riding, golf, kayaking or swimming in the nearby River Orb or Mediterranean beaches. Plus we're in the midst of France's largest wine-growing area between the Faugères and St Chinian appellations for the chance to sample some stunning wines. Local food produce includes wonderful cheeses, Bouzigues oysters, terrific seafood and many other south of France seasonal foods to savour.
OUR ROOMS
Each room has been carefully renovated to
provide maximum comfort, in a calm and relaxed setting. We have kept original features of this French vigneron's house, while adding modern amenities.

OUR APARTMENT
The fully equipped two-bedroom apartment is ideal for families, or for those who want space to cook local, south of France, meals. Minimum three night stay, except in July and August which is a minimum seven nights. Step straight into the garden to enjoy eating outdoors or a lovely
swim in the pool.

Breakfast
A continental breakfast is served every day in the B&B. It includes cereals, fresh pastries, baguette, home-made condiments, fruit and yoghurts.
Free Wifi
Is available throughout the house and in the garden.
Garden
Relax in our garden designed to provide spaces for sunshine and shade. Sun loungers are provided and seating areas for enjoying the local foods and wines.
Swimming Pool
The 9m x 3m swimming pool is available for all guests. We use a modern salt-based filtration system, reducing the need for chemicals.
Picnics or Other Meals
On request we can provide a picnic lunch to take for hiking, cycling etc. Other meals can also be made for you, always using fresh local ingredients.

Wine Tasting
Being the the midst of France's largest wine-growing area, there is no shortage of wonderful wines to taste. We can arrange tastings for you with local vignerons.
Cycling
We're in a cycling paradise - for riders at all levels. We can provide fantastic routes for both on and off-road cycling. Even in winter, there are sunny warm days for great cycling. Bring your own bike or hire from our local suppliers Veloroo
Markets
There are many wonderful markets in the area. Full of local producers and food in season, it is a great chance to taste the real France.
Walking/Hiking
Being at the foothills of the Haut Languedoc Naturel Parc, there is a wide range of wonderful trails. Or just walk from the village through the vineyards in the surrounding rolling countryside.
Other activities
Kayak on the river Orb, swim in the many nearby Mediterranean beaches, trek on horse-back, play golf, rock-climb ... there is no shortage of things to do here!
